Cancellations & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:

Cancellations:
Our standard cancellation window is 24 hours. However, if this period has passed, please contact our customer service team. If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll be happy to cancel it for you. If the order has already been shipped, you may still qualify for a return once you receive it.

Eligible Returns:
If the product is unwashed, unused, and returned with original packaging, we’ll happily accept it for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date.

Beyond 14 Days:
If more than 14 days have passed, please reach out to our customer service team for a discussion about your specific situation. We’ll do our best to assist.

How to Initiate a Cancellation or Return:
Email us at hello@destiny.com, including your phone number, and we will get in touch to approve your return.

Custom Made Orders:

Custom-made items are considered final sale. Returns or refunds are not accepted unless the item has a quality issue. If there is a quality issue, we will ensure the problem is addressed and replaced with an equivalent or better product, free of charge.

Refunds:

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be processed.
