Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return any product.

Items must be in clean, new, and unused condition with all original packaging retained.

Once received and inspected, we will refund 100% of the product value.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If the product is faulty or was shipped incorrectly, we will replace it at no cost, including reasonable return shipping.
