Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Requirements:

Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
Once received and inspected, we’ll refund 100% of the product value.
Tip: Keep the original packaging, it makes returns faster and smoother!
If more than 14 days have passed, reach out to our Customer Care team, we’ll review your situation and do our best to assist.
Custom-Made Orders
Custom-made items are final sale, as each piece is created just for you.

Returns or refunds are accepted only for confirmed quality issues

We’ll resolve any quality issue with a replacement of equal or greater value, free of charge
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we will:
